We now have a health trainer attached to the surgery.
The Health Trainer will come in once a week on a Thursday morning at Chace Avenue and can help you with weight management, working out your own exercise regime and can help you with eating plans and low income income diets.
This service is by appointment only and can only be made after seeing a Doctor or the Health Support Worker
