The NHS does not pay for some of the services we provide. These include private sick notes, insurance forms, holiday cancellation forms, medical reports, fitness to travel certificates, private prescriptions, passport signing, some vaccination services and HGV medicals.
Our fees for these services, are in line with BMA approved national guidelines.
Please ask at reception about the special arrangements that must be made for these examinations.
It must be recognised that our NHS commitments will take priority over any non NHS work.
