What is the service called?
The service is called the Coventry and Warwickshire Community Vasectomy Service.
How can patients access the service?
Coventry and Warwickshire patients can access the service via their provider of choice to any site in CWICB. The referral can be completed from a Coventry and Warwickshire GP practice using e-RS. Alternatively, patients can self-refer to their chosen provider by booking directly as follows:

What is the inclusion criteria for the service?
- Patients must be registered with a Coventry or Warwickshire GP.
- Patients must be 18 years old or over.
